Shielded Threads – Bulk Fundraiser Apparel Terms & Conditions

Fundraisers are available for schools, teams, organizations, and community groups.
Shielded Threads reserves the right to decline a fundraiser request at its discretion.

10% of gross sales from designated fundraiser products will be donated back to the organization.
Proceeds are calculated at the conclusion of the fundraiser using sales reports from Shielded Threads.
Donation payouts will be made within 30 days of order delivery.

A digital mockup will be provided and must be approved by the organization before any materials are ordered or production begins.
By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you have the legal rights or authorization to use them.
Shielded Threads is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted designs.
You agree to indemnify and hold Shielded Threads harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from unauthorized use of artwork.

Fundraiser shirts are custom printed and are non-refundable unless defective.
Production timelines will be communicated.
Shielded Threads is not liable for delays due to supplier shortages, shipping carriers, or other factors beyond our control.

All orders must be placed through the designated fundraiser page or link provided by Shielded Threads.
Orders are processed individually and shipped according to the selected delivery method (group delivery or local pickup).

Proceeds will be paid to the official organization representative via check.
Shielded Threads requires accurate payment information from the organization in order to process donations.

Shielded Threads is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed off to the shipping carrier.
Shielded Threads is not responsible for misprints due to incorrect order details entered by the customer.

By participating in a Shielded Threads fundraiser, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
